The venue shown is incorrect as the tournament was held at Hosking Park and not the Town Hall.
In addition to the two results shown as having taken place the following should be added :-
Archie Smith w pts 8 Jimmy Britt (incorrectly recorded as having taken place in Johannesburg on this date)
Tiger Moore w tko 1 Piet Dempskey (also incorrectly given as having taken place in Johannesburg on this date)
Bertie Dartnell w pts 4 Sakkie Rossouw (incorrectly given as having taken place in Brakpan Town Hall on 3 May 1946)
