It is listed for Jeff Lacy that he scored a seventh round TKO over Robin Reid 8/6/2005. I was there with FightNews to cover the bout and I talked to the commission afterwards since there was some confusion on when the stoppage took place. It was not 3:00 of round 7, but 0:00 of round 8. It goes down as round eight as soon as the rest period begins. The same goes for Chad Dawson TKO'ing Ronald Boddie in round 2 at 3:00. It was actually 0:00 of round 3. This can be verified with the Florida State Athletic Commission or with the bout sheets that I have copies of. Also on a side note, you have Glenn LaPlante listed as Glen LaPlante (one N in Glen). I spoke to Glenn and asked him whether it was Glenn or Glen and he said it was Glenn. If you need anything else for this, just contact me at [email protected].
