Short analysis of the fight !!

Klitschko jabs and weighs up, Mormeck throws one jab, Klitschko throws a right and Mormeck staggers, green light to Klitschko that he is safe, ups work rate, stoppage in round three.............

AND STILL the most boring heavyweight champion of the world WLADIMIR "DR STEEL HAMMER" KLITSCHKO

Next bum or midget please !!!!
Exactly...i'm still pissed with Haye not for his performance or his broken toe but making us have to endure more of Wlad Klitschko.

This'll mean Wlads only had 4 fights in the last 3 years which is pathetic especially compared to his older brothers 7 fights in the same period.

Wlads body is breaking down and he's ready to go, unfortunately the current Heavyweight division is full of no hopers who lack the heart, desire and hunger to take that opportunity with the exception of Amir Mansour and a few others.

Wlads title run must be the worst in history in terms of the quality of boxers he's beaten and the way he's gone about beating them: David Haye, Samuel Peter, Eddie Chambers, Ruslan Chagaev, Hasim Rahman, Tony Thompson, Sultan Ibragimov, Lamon Brewster, Ray Austin, Calvin Brock and Chris Byrd.
You tell me another current heavyweight who would beat all of them??? After the Klits even after his poor showing against Wlad Haye is the only decent contender...

What fighters did you make genuine offers to in the top 15 by the way? Interested to know
Well the sport of boxing is all about 'If' isn't it.

IF you can keep your head when all about you
are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too;
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or being lied about, don't deal in lies,
Or being hated, don't give way to hating,
And yet don't look too good, nor talk too wise:

I should have stated the Top 15 WBO ranking as Amir is currently ranked number 8 by them and we wanted to move him into the Top 5...Based on availablity and our budget we made genuine offers to Raphael Zumbano, Chauncey Welliver, Maurice Harris, Carlos Takam and i think Victor Bisbal too. DaVarryl Williamson accepted but the WBO didn't approve him as an opponent which is a shame as i personally would have preferred him to Mendoza.

Speaking of Mendoza though, not a great fighter but he was the only guy willing to get in the ring with Amir at 3 weeks notice and due to his win over Perto Rican Olympic golden boy Carlos Negron the WBO(based in Perto Rico) had him ranked pretty highly so hopefully Amir will move into the Top 5 for their next rankings and then be in a position to fight another Top 5 for the interim World title belt.

Well good luck with it all. I don't envy you that's for sure as I imagine it's one big headache at times.

As tommy says, hardly murderers row though. I hope it is Adamek. Nobody can slate that fight if it is made, that's for sure.
