I've had this since May, I found it really effective for a few months, until one of the medium resistance bands snapped, then after that I snapped a heavy band. In fairness they did send a replacement pair of heavy bands - one of which then snapped again, I'm 13 stone so hardly a heavyweight, I would have expected them to last longer, when I spoke to the guy from shadow boxer he seemed amazed that they had snapped as he had never heard of this before.
I'm now due to be sent a freebie set of xtreme bands from the makers in Aus.
