Whatever you do don’t skip meals, true the weight will tumble off, but your body will start storing the food because it won’t know when it’s going to next get feed and when you eventually start eating again you will put it all back on.
I've now cut out the bread and really brought down the amount i put on my plate. it made a big difference and i don't feel lethargic after a meal now.
Snacking is the thing i have to tackle next, i'm a nightmare for cake .
But i've lost about a stone and now weigh in at 11st 12lbs , and i'm 5' 8"
when i got fit through running i went down to 11st, never felt fitter . But everyone started saying i looked ill.
