Froch vs ward? whos gonna win?

Just watched super six episode i think the latest episode, it says ward aint lost since he was 12 yrs old, this guy is good from what small footage i have seen vs Froch who is one of our best fighters and carries dynamite in both hands?? whats everyones opinions? here is last episode for anyone who wants to see it

would love froch to win but i side with ward points some rounds close and some he out boxes froch and win s some rounds easy not wide on points but a good win by 3 4 or 5 rounds

Froch if he stays awake for the whole fight, he can't afford any of his lazy rounds. Ward has a sprinkling of glass in that chin of his so hopefully Carl can find it.

Ward is a slick guy who likes to butt and work up close. He will close the gap very quickly, get off his shots and hold. I think (for what it's worth, and it ain't much) Froch should use his jab to get him on the way in. Then mid way through the fight, once Ward has him timed on the left lead, he should start throwing heavy lead right hands.

Probably a recipe for disaster but there yo go.

Froch has squeezed so much into his career. I so want him to win, or even just make it close.

Ward's faced some tough rought guys in Bika and Miranda but neither of those guys is capable of throwing the number of punches that Froch throws. It'd be interesting to get Froch's punchstats against Pascal, Taylor, Kessler and Johnson and see if Ward's output or anyone he has faced gets anywhere close to throwing as many shots as Froch throws. It's all well and good throwing the pretty shots that Ward throws, if he is gonna be having a load coming back at him it's gonna be interesting to see how he reacts.

He was being outslugged by Pascal and Johnson before using his boxing skills to win, likewise against Abraham the only time he looked remotely troubled was when he overcommitted himself.

Against Dirrell he looked gash coming forward.

Whilst he might not look that pretty boxing it's by far his strongest suit at world level. At domestic and Euro level he could always rely on his power and will to win. At world level he can't.

Yes thats exactly my point. Froch is going to be aware of this imo and fight him at his own game.
Ive seen how dirty Ward is and i believe this will be Frochs main ploy to upset Wards rhythm fighting fire with fire.
I think if Froch trys to outbox him hes screwed and his only hope is all out aggression without upsetting the ref to much hopefuly!

If Froch is to win this fight he needs to establish his jab early on and also sink a few heavy shots to make Ward aware of the power he posses. Everything must come off the jab, tighter defence and be sharp at the counter punching. I think Froch's best work will come from distance, but he has to be busy and can't afford to have his hands low and clown about as he has done in some fights. This will be a close fight and i want Froch to win, but fancy Ward getting a close decision. Froch needs a performance like he did against Abraham and i hope he produces one.
