i dont think its getting as many as it wanted big blow losing the december liverpool show whilst sky push out khan and froch ...hard times for us all dont think many punters will pay another 10 especially as you have to subscribe for 6 months to get it would be better to have it month by month like sky who offer broadband ,phone as part of their package as well but they can obviously afford to run their service like that - i have football for 9 months and lose my sky sports package over the summer before reinstating it at the start of the football season.
would like to see it succeed but like any new business the first year is crucial to build both revenue and viewers, time will tell

A new little thing that is annoying me about the channel, as a "real fight fan" "i'm in". However, one pet hate about the channel is that it says "encryption will start at 8pm" all over the top of the screen... then 8pm passes and its still got the message. This happened throughout the Selby vs Simpson bill. I do wonder if this was actually free to air.

Second criticism is the picture quality... been mentioned before, but has anyone else seen the more recent re-runs of Burns vs Katsidis.... its as if there has been an old "pirate" VHS tape. It wasn't HD quality when live, but since then - its looked shocking. I aint that fussy when it comes to picture quality, but it did worry me that they might be looking at "cost effective" alternatives.

Well, myself included I know 3 people who have signed up, we normally go to boxing shows together too, maybe in 2012 we might only go to 1 or 2 now, we normally do 3 every year.
