Its all ifs and maybes but one thing is for sure, Lewis is an all time great heavyweight and Bowe was a fat flash in the pan who ate his career down the drain. That cannot be disputed.

I always thought Lennox would've beat Bowe, even though I always had a soft spot for Big Daddy; but with hindsight I don't think it's so clear cut. Although I would'nt be the slightest bit surprised if Lennox beat Bowe easily, it is true that Hazim Rahman (yes, that hall-of-famer!!!) knocked Lennox out, and I reckon Bowe hit a lot harder than Rahman. Of course Lennox won the rematch, and of course he was well prepared on the excuses front: he was too heavy, or something; and he got knocked out by Oliver "the blubbering crackhead" McCall (spelling?). So I would'nt be surprised if Bowe knocked him out with one punch, in a similar manner as did those two boxing legends!

However, Bowe would never have taken Bowe as lightly as he took Rahman, and by that point in his career, Lewis was a far better fighter, just got lazy for rahman.

Plus... watch your DVD again, and tell me that the referee didn't stop the fight after only ONE punch from Lewis. Did Bowe go down? NO!! Was Bowe right in the referee's face bouncing up and down on his feet ready to go right after!? YES!!

Bottom line, the punch had such little effect, there shouldn't even have been a standing eight count.

All you Brits are so touchy about Lewis, probably because HALF of you over there feel the same way about Lewis as I do, and you all have to live with each other!! Ha Ha Ha Ha!
