LOL at sky's ridiculous setup. The anchor and Johnny Nelson sat there square on glaring into the camera exchanging clumsy lines just doesn't do it for me. Have the damn anchor guy presenting and then the pundits commenting, don't mix them!

Wasn't keen on the set up tonight. Why have Jonny Nelson there? Amir looked like he wanted to go to bed from about 12 and Barry thinks he's the only expert in the world.

Watt and surprisingly Darke too, were far to negative from the very beginning of the fight.

Sky could learn so much from Showtime.

Still better than Bunce and Lillis with his dyed hair! Bunce has got too big for his boots on Setanta he was good but now his on one big ego trip which is has been proved by his stupid attacks on people on here. They tried to get Calzaghe as guest but he was at strictcly for his Russian bit he would been good. I prefered Woodhall than Mccroy.

As I've said before, whilst Barry's enthusiasm and passion are sincere, they are more evident than they should be in that setting.

He can't stand not being dominant. Maybe they need to bring in Stevie Cruz.

I quite like the three of them together (Khan, McCory and Barry). I don't think Barry was rude at all - quite often he was just answering questions brought in by the other two.... for example McCory stated "I'm not sure Kell is ready for Shane Mosley" - McGuigan chipped in with a sensible comment it aint going to happen anyway.

How bloody good was it to have Watt and DARKE back together for this one.

Khan came across alot better this weekend than he did last week thats for sure. At least he admitted the Peterson fight was close - I sincerely hope he doesn't go through with this appeal business, it paints him so badly.

I like the setup i dont know why people complain. Its like watching mates debate thats what i want to see i think they have a brilliant team, i was finding khan boring to be honest just used the show as an excuse to say Brook is crap in his opinion.

I like khan but when you have just lost your belts to a massive underdog saying brook should have walked through that opponent (which he did) is just childish. I think the guys on the CS were saying peterson was 1500 point underdog in the US bookies, now i have no idea what that means but it sounds like a lot

If i was khan i would have been bigging brook up as the next big thing and saying how i would definatley be interested in a fight once he has made it big in the US, not slagging the guy off for no apparent reason.

Barry the man
Jim the man

DARKE = 'The greatest sports broadcaster of all times'

Yet I still watch Showtime or HBO, go figure.

mcguigan can be such a interrupter. He very easily gets over complacent, and starts acting the alpha male again...he ruined skys coverage in the early 2000s.....since he came back with his tail between his arse to sky....he was initiially quiet but now is getting worse and worse....i hate this style of punditry which mcguigan has been instrumental in shaping on skys boxing coverage......u just dont get this with football , the soccer saturday lads (thompson, merson, le tiss, chalie nicholas, or the crickets lads or F1 guys or golf guys, why the hell we as the paying customer, have to put up with mcrory and nelson growling and butting in, talking over each other, all cos the master interrupter mcguigan has made the sky studio like that, at times they r shouting over each other, and we the viewer lose out......if ED ROBINSON is reading it up please bring it up with adam smith......we the viewers r sick of it....if neccesary just axe the old guard mcrory and mcguigan who do this the most, keep nelson but give him a warning, and get guys like barker, matthew macklin, watt, woodhall and ricky hatton in, who dont do this and change the culture for good.

Darke is an absolute legend. Sky should pay him whatever it takes to have him back full time for football and boxing.

Whats with the nelson and Mcgiugan hating, i think all they guys in the team bounce off each other really well, mcguigan is the real passionate one then you have mccrory keeping the conversation on track then Nelson and smith pushing the questions and direction of the debate / questions joking among each other and keeping the banter going.

its not hating king, mcguigan just gets carried away, when they are interrupting and shouting over each other, we dont get a very clever debate cos none of them are able to speak for long enough to give it.

mcguigan can be very good and he can be very bad....i just think this issue needs to be addreessed.

There should only be one anchor as having the two doesn't really serve any purpose. McGuigan does ramble on and forgets that there are others on the panel although McCrory is a bit boring and Khan looked completely disinterested.

I think having five people in the studio was too much. Let's have quality over quantity.

all of the sky boxing punditry is so bloody formal....there isnt the relaxed at ease with themselves banter and joking u get with the sky football lads and im talking the gillette saturday show with merse, thommo, the guy from countdown,le tiss , charlie nicholas, mcinally and before andy gray...

Id like them to speak clearly and not be afraid to disagree or take the mickey out of each other now and than. Also ringside needs to stop this crap where one week say glen mcrory is the interviewer interviewing ricky hatton in his gym on his new promotion outfit, and 2 weeks later ricky hatton is the tv interviewer interviewing glen mcrory up in the north east about adnan amar. And we dont need to have the lengthy introductions to "our former lightweight champion jim watt, and cruiser world champ johhny nelson".....we all know who they r....a quick caption will do fine....

Some of skys output has improved. The bits they did with Froch at the EIS was slick, although a blatant rip off of Showtimes highly produced stuff. The problem is they don't seem appreciate less is more. Look at Showtimes style, and how they present a fight - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E_gkl7SN ... er&list=UL I think Sky over do it - they could probably save a fortune this way. This is classy stuff from Showtime.
