kickdummy.com maybe?
Sklz speed strikers a good if u have fragile hands.
Both for home use only tho, not what you'd call Pro equipment.
Fun tho.
I think the bag u mean is called a "wavemaster".

Re: Need a good soft punching bag
you can get actual "Bag Wraps" made from foam and gel etc which soften the impact.
Also try different gloves, i used to have really bad hands from battering punchbags and pads. At that point i was trying various weights and brands of poor/mid range gloves.
I changed to 8oz Reyes gloves and have never had any hand pains again!!

Re: Need a good soft punching bag
Need a good soft punching bag No you don't, you need to learn how to wrap your hands properly, find a pair of gloves/mitts that suit you and/or punch the bag properly. Soft bags are awful to hit and you may well end up causing an injury to an elbow or shoulder.
Re: Need a good soft punching bag
At home i have a nice leather Ringside "soft filled" heavy bag that weighs 70 lbs, but at the gym I train at, one of the bags there is a 100 lb Everlast bag hard as a rock....but I like to use it though because the rest of the bags (8 total) are really light. But i have been using these for knuckle guards and it works well:

I've realized over time that you must focus on protecting your wrists and knuckles, then work your way up in practice. Hydro bags are soft when you hit soft but hit them hard and they will return the impact proportionally. I started punching in those because they felt softer but when I increased the delivered power I began to notice that wrist injuries were a major risk, hydro bags receive the punch pretty "unevenly", you will notice a much more different hardness (more than in regular heavy bags) when you hit them jab/cross height than when you throw hooks or solar plexus punches for example.
