Well its been a long while getting to this point, but I really do hope this does well for Howard.
It's a pity he doesn't post so much these days.

Thanks All, its taken so long, because I wanted to get it spot on. Plus being the 1st one, I had trouble finding bits and pieces that would adapt to what was being created, plus easy to Cart and put together. Its got such a range of uses, people with serious injurys repair in half the excepted time. For strength and conditioning there is nothing better, its none impact, also when horizontal the Heart is working 35% more efficient. One thing we havent shown, is the Running Board unlocked, its spring loaded for better flextion of the ankle and knee. Got 5 more machines in the Pipeline. :TU:

Good luck Uncle Howard your like the mad professor Genuis Hope it all goes well sure it will Maybe people start to realise running on hard surfaces puts 3 and a half time of your body weight through your joints and there are plenty of other ways to get fit This machine is great doesnt put any shock through the ankles knees and hips Why people run on hard surfaces is beyond me in this day and age

Can be mate, if youre not submerged up to the Chin, puts too much pressure on the top three vertebrae, can cause damage. Proprereception is lost.

Reading some of the comments makes me never want to go conventional running again!! I was always told as a fat-burning, CV exercise nothing beats running. What else is as good? Cycling, swimming?

Running is needed, as is most impact, thats Sport. What the system does is prepare, the muscular and joints for it. Honest some of the results weve had on it, has had me scratching my Head early Doors. Athletes smashing there PB by enormous amounts, Footballers rehabing in Half the time it takes conventionally. Thanks for the wishes all, appreciated :TU:
