A fair few of us from BoxingAddicts are meeting in London next sat..... some of you have met a few of us before at the one at the Griffin about 18 months ago.....from memory; Knockout, KO Artist, Kilburn, Mighty Warrior, Goz were all there.... and a few more who's names evade me!
Anyways, theres a fair few of us out next sat - people even coming down from Scotland, Manchester and over from France.
If anyones in central london next sat afternoon/evening.... you're more than welcome to swing by

the griffin in villiers street ?, that right by my work, however if it is that pub, careful its changed names.

might cause confusion.

But if I was I'd prefer the Griffin on Clerkenwell Road! ;)

As long as it does not clash with my holiday to Spain in Sept, NYC in Nov and various bits O' business travel.

Don't know The Griffin on Clerkenwell Rd. Where is it? I have three "locals" in that area

The Jerusalem Tavern - Britton St
The Artillery Arms - Artillery Row

and, best of all

The Wenlock Arms on Wenlock rd, just off The City Rd. Best pub in london, bar none. A bit of a grotty old boozer but with about 8 real ales on constant rotation and none more than £2.20 a pint. Always wins CAMRA's pub of the year

Browns near Old Street is better. Pound in the pot have a gander, spent many a saturday afternoon in there getting pissed up. The birds are amost as fit as the expensive places and the drinks in there are well cheap - its just over 2 quid a pint.

J, the griffin we went to was by Charring Cross Station, its on the corner

I think next sat we're going to meet central, around leicester sq so all the foreigners/northerners can find us easily

I think "The Midas Touch" has been suggested for a starting point as its full of cheap beer and aussie birds 8)

its been refurbed mate, its not called that anymore.
