I don't read your news links glorifying Fitrzsimmons and I don't watch fights I've seen over and over unless I want to. I have an excellent memory. But by all means, don't bother talking to me. I couldn't care less. :TU:

I don't know who to pick if this is a lean and light early heavyweight Holyfield.
The lump of muscle who got his ears mauled gets gassed after five rounds and stopped.

This is what definitely happens...

Dempsey starts quickly. Outguns Evander in the early exchanges.

Holyfield rallys at about round 4. Takes control of the middle part of the fight.

They go into the championship rounds about even...

The weight makes little difference to me. They were about the same size only Dempsey didn't have the sciene to bulk up. If he did he'd probably lose a little stamina too and either have to pace himself or run out of fuel.

Two of the very best.

At CW Dempsey wins easy.

At HW it would be harder, but he still wins by breaking Holyfield down with shots from head to body.

From what I have seen of Dempsey, Holyfield would struggle here.

Holyfield brave as he is would be outgunned early and I don't think he would recover enough to mount late rally. I can see Holyfield been stopped late through exhaustion
