Good topic but i have read garlic is a neuro toxin?? If this is true it actually slows down your reactions read this obviously dont believe everything you read but bit makes sense, if its true it may hinder alot of fighters performances without even realising

your diet sounds great mark , its good tastey food the hardest thing about it is preperation, theres a couple more videos n now pal

Started your diet today Tony, as good as any other Ive seen or read on the net, and after an indulgant 2011 I need to shed some of the excess. How do you find evening trainign without carbs fomr lunchtime, still plenty of energy?

Good vid jaff but isn't apple carb? Yet u havin it after lunch? Also how big a cheat meal can u hav, like for instance is it 1 slice of pizza or 5? Is it just the masalla or can u have the nan bread, rice and onion bahji with it? Just the burger, or burger, fries and a shake. Etc? Cheers bud

thanks mate , i'm forever getting asked about diet , so i thought i'd put it on a vid. I dont train on and evening mate, a couple of hours after breaky 10am and again a couple of hours after lunch 4pm

did i say an apple after lunch? i dont know, but yeah it will be fine, as its not complex carbs, and yeah the cheat meal have the full monty mate, the lot, BUT you must stick to the diet 100% though the wk or it wont work

Between breakfast and lunch have an apple? Low fat yoghurt? Really? You sure?

Apart from that it is a pretty solid diet for an average guy.

However, if you have trained in the afternoon you have to have carbs after dude. PWO shake of some whey, dextrose is pretty essential.
