Good topic but i have read garlic is a neuro toxin?? If this is true it actually slows down your reactions read this obviously dont believe everything you read but bit makes sense, if its true it may hinder alot of fighters performances without even realising

Started your diet today Tony, as good as any other Ive seen or read on the net, and after an indulgant 2011 I need to shed some of the excess. How do you find evening trainign without carbs fomr lunchtime, still plenty of energy?

Good vid jaff but isn't apple carb? Yet u havin it after lunch? Also how big a cheat meal can u hav, like for instance is it 1 slice of pizza or 5? Is it just the masalla or can u have the nan bread, rice and onion bahji with it? Just the burger, or burger, fries and a shake. Etc? Between breakfast and lunch have an apple? Low fat yoghurt? Really? You sure?
Apart from that it is a pretty solid diet for an average guy.
However, if you have trained in the afternoon you have to have carbs after dude. PWO shake of some whey, dextrose is pretty essential.
