Garth will be barely able to hit Sam, who has far superior evasive skills backed up by his effective counter punching.

Garth, although a tough cookie but bleeds like a stuck pig, so I cannot see it going more than 6 rounds, with a stoggage in Sam's favour due to cuts.

Let's hope the mystery prize to the winner is not another match with Mundine!

I think Sam could win this very very easily. It will be an exteremly ugly fight but I just can't see Garth being able to land on him. I have toquestion what Sam is gaining from this bout if he has been given a crack at Geale/Adama winner ? Has he been given the winner ??

He's going to gain a nice paycheck I'd say and he will automatically become the number 1 contender to the geale/adama winner.

No doubt it will be a nice pay day, but you cant tell me that Garth deserves to be in an eliminator with Sam. I thought Sam earnt that right beating Albert. Once its all said and done, Geale may looking at bigger fish than either of these guys so it may be irrelevant !!

I think Sam should have done more than beat Albert to deserve a shot IMO.

Albert shouldn't be ranked by the IBF anymore but still have him in the top 15, bizarre after 2 straight loss's.

Soliman will wins this pretty comfortably.

Will this fight go ahead. There is plenty of times when garth is supposed to be fighting someone only to change the rules.Who is managing his career ? There always seems to be a problem of some sort Maybe he should be fighting the other bloke who also has dramas junior.

It's now confirmed on the schedule.

I really hope this doesn't lead to a 4th fight with Mundine.

I think the Mwetunga fight should have happened, it would have been a good yard stick, Soliman too elusive and too fit, he just keeps punching, and Wood hasn't faced that as yet, i think the pace saps Wood's power early.

I think wood hasn't got the ability to keep Sam on his toes either, it's a big mistake letting Soliman set, contrary to popular belief, he has got power, if he's allowed to tee off.
