Murray v barker and message to EDDIE HEARN !

Post by Japp »

Just read on boxing scene website - http://www.BS.com/eddie-hearn- ... -tv--48523
Richard poxon who match makes for hattons have offered barker the fight ?
Eddie Hearn - they havnt got enough money to make it they need world title
De gale and groves sold a venue out , barker v Murray would also do the same
It showed last couple of years barker and macklin just wouldn't happen but again Murray shows he will fight anyone .
And again the is excuse for barker not taking on his closest rivals .

Message to eddie Hearn - the Hearn family have been great for the uk's sport
Now don't short change us boxing fans and make this fight , don't insult us with bul;;; it that the isn't enough money
The fact poxon as contacted you shows they want it .
Barker is due out in a couple of months and so is Murray , perfect time to top a bill and sell 5000 tickets

Barker or Murray still aren't as big a draw to the general public/casual fan as Groves and DeGale imo.

Remember DeGale won a gold medal, has been on Question of sport and all that lot, he's more known than either of those 2 to the general public.

If the fight did happen imo Barker outboxes Murray quite comfortably.

I don't really care if Britain's best middleweights don't fight each other, as long as they take on top opposition like they did last year.
