Amazing fight, but the quality of the bout doesn't make the quality of the fighter, otherwise Gatti would be one of the greatest of all time. Hong was very resilient and debilitating body puncher, but most of the guys you listed were at least a class above.

Admittedly, I rate Konadu especially highly more based on his work at 115 pounds, but I think he was very formidable fighter at Bantam as well, more so than most on this list.

But yeah, what you mentioned is one of the reasons why it's difficult to make this list, especially toward the bottom half. I don't think Hasegawa beats any of my first 8 listed in their primes, including Sahaprom. From there on it's pretty much a toss-up, although I'd probably keep Montiel and Tatsuyoshi at the bottom.
