final observation - burns could do with a legit world title, not a half title. wil he get upgraded or is it a case of shiit or get off the pot and fight marquez (will marquez even bother with this title and opponent at this stage...would he look elsewhere as he did when FW won purse bids to stage JMM v another scottish fighter, scott harrison?)

i almost hope for yuri romanov to return, get some form back and have a shot at hammering burns. a legit "brit-killer" with power, vs burns, with that toughness, awkward skill-set & now world class experience.
weve already done the brit basher bit tit face, kats was a english beater not scots or welsh or irish ha ha
Tit face?

Crikey, Billy, with a head like yours, you are hardly in a position to throw stones.

Team burns should do everything in there power to get Rios. I think burns would take him apart. First guy who can move and punch in volume will beat Rios. It'd be a huge win.

Great guys don't go around calling other posters "tit face".

Especially when they themselves look like they have an arse for a head.

good point, thanks for that. maybe he was kidding. i'll let him off, if burns' next opponent gives a better fight than andreas evansen and joseph laryea - put together!

i hope moses has something left, and expect an exciting punchfest. i expect no less, until burns fights for the championship outright.

yeah but the brit basher angle is always good for the title fights on sky sports.

i look forward to burns-moses, especially after the good fights with katsidis and roman martinez.

why couldn't someone like miguel acosta be considered.

the guy who actually knocked moses out.

he's subsequently lost since then himself.

has nothing scheduled. :witzend:

did you see Acosta's last fight? (against Richard Abril) It was shown live on Secondsout youtube channel and...Acosta looks...done completely ruined by the Rios fight.
