Interesting times for British heavies

Post by dookus »

Tyson Fury beats Chisora.......who goes on to (on most people's cards) beat Helenius for the European strap, while Fury struggles with Pajkic.

Price destroys McDermott....who gave Fury two tough fights (on many people's cards winning the first).

How the hell do Chisora, Price and Fury stack up based on that run of results, and more importantly how do they rate on the European scene?

The good news for any heavy is that apart from the Klits there is little in terms of quality at world level. And the Klits are getting a bit old.............

I think Price is top of the pile. If the Fury fight happens Price wins inside 6. Keep a eye out for Gary Cornish.

When 49 year old Evander Holyfield is a genuine contender, its a bit grim.

However, if all these British fighters would fight each other, which they wont, it could be quite an interesting domestic scene.

Chisora beats Tyson when in shape.

Price beats Tyson when in shape (and he probably will be).

Chisora vs Price - quite an interesting little dust up.
