hard to give a proper answer mate,been so many gooduns . Only spar my brothers boys to help them. Sparring won't teach me anything I don't know. Fight too regular for that

I'm on there @announcerphil I find its a great way of getting more insight into the boxing scene and it can be a good laugh at times too! Being an MC its a great way to find out a bit more about the boxers I introduce!
