I've seen so many list of favourite fighters, i thought in a moment of boredom at work i'd start one as well.

So which is your favourite Boxer who fights southpaw?

Rocky Balboa.

Seroiusly though, although he is slipping I would say Joel Casamayor or maybe Ronald Wright. Both are not really typical southpaws as they are wonderful to watch defensively and hard to hit. Unlike the likes of Calzaghe, Pacquiao, Ebo Elder and even Shamba Mitchell.

Good thread. At the moment I like watching Zab Judah, and from the recent past Marvin Hagler... need to think more about an absolute favourite, though.

Yep some good choices so far, Hagler probably my all time favourite while active either Winky Wright or Joel Casamayor.

Knockout Brown and Dal Hawkins are two favorite southpaws that immediately come to mind.

a certain naseem hamed in his heyday is up there but yeah hagler is one of my favourite fighters period.

have to say Hagler would rate up there as favourite southpaw, and one of my favs of any style.

going for british ones, Herol Graham , Maurice Hope were good to watch

Marvin Hagler without a doubt. The most aggressive southpaw I've ever seen.

Calzaghe deserves a mention too despite recent misgivings about his career.
