Santos seeking new opponent.

According to Fightnews Jose Rivera has pulled out of his September 3rd clash with Daniel Santos for the WBO Light Middleweight title.

Whilst the brit boys are so far unranked by the WBO (mind you so if Calzaghe's next opponent). I think it would be a cracking opportunity for someone like Alexander.

At 32, he has nothing to lose. He is relatively active and has a punchers chance against the vunerable champion.

yeah he would at least have a punchers chance for the duration of the fight.

What about Howard, could he make 154?

He was once made number one contender at 154 by the WBO, despite never having fought there and, so it proved, with no plan to.
