There must be a few - but what do you consider an amateur title? Novices? Junors?
Re: British champions who never won an Amateur tidle
Let's not include the novices and juniors. Seniors only.

Garry and Mark Delaney?
Re: British champions who never won an Amateur tidle
Out of the current crop Shane Mcphilbin, Brian Rose, Not sure on Lynes, Theopane, and Quigg. Buckland and Selby won the WABA's. Winning titles as an amateur does not mean you will be a good pro. Likewise being a good pro does not mean you were a good amateur. I think Johnny Nelson lost 10 of 13 bouts as an amateur. Michael Lomax who was a successful amateur has failed to ignite in the pro's

I agree; Alan Temple was a fantastic amateur and as a pro; while a strong and decent fighter, never hit the heights expected. I'm not sure why; he was a really good fighter.
Re: British champions who never won an Amateur tidle
How about British champions who never had ONE senior amateur fight?
In the latest Boxing Monthly you'll see that little Chris Edwards is one.
