Mystery bottle or not, Trinidad decapitates Pryor mid to late rounds. If he thought a blown up Arguello hit hard, wait till he gets a taste of what Tito could dish out. Trinidad too big and stylistically wrong for the hawk.

You know, when I clicked on this I had a whole load of reasons ready as to why Julian Jackson would've laid Tito out for about six months, then I clicked on it & realised that you meant Aaron Pryor.

Tito, by death. Too big. He might get swarmed & sat on his arse a few times, but eventually he's gonna find Pryor with that left hook, & then it's goodnight, Vienna.

i could see it either way... thing in Tito's favour being i could see him getting up from 1 or 2 KD's unless hit absolutely perfectly. once Jackson was down he'd stay there. either Jackson earlyish by monsterisation or Tito in 6 pr 7

you mean like how he kept beating the count after getting pummeled in his first fight against arguably pound-for-pound one of the most brutal punchers of all-time (g-man)? a puncher that would make tito look like paulie malignaggi.

i was morethinking that the Tito KD's of Jackson would come later in the fight and Jackson wouldn't be able to recover at that point so IMO once he was down he'd stay there if Tito got him there.

unless he bought 5 minutes with a nut-shot or two.

Tito would just be too big, too fast, too strong, too good.

He most definitely was not too fast or too good in this match, although he probably (not definitely) would have been too big and too strong.

Interesting bout, though. Pryor would be live.

I dont know who the other 2 voters were, but the 3rd vote is me.

Pryor wasn't as strong as Tito, but he sure as hell was quicker and the better fighter.

Size difference aside, Pryor beats Tito via decision.

I wouldn't rate Pryor as greater than Trinidad. They are both overrated, but style wise this match up favors Tito to me. Someone bum-rushing into him isn't a great idea. And while Pryor was capable of Boxing, he never did for more than a minute or two against Arguello and that seems to have made him some kind of boxer/puncher to many fans. He would have to out-fight Trinidad and while he had the will I don't think he had near the firepower.

He never even hinted at fighting Tommy in the pro's. With good reason. By the time Aaron was begging for Leonard, Hearns was up to 154. Maybe the Hawk should have just leapfrogged that and went to Middle where Hagler was probably ducking him too.

Trinidad did not have the best chin in the world, if Pryor could avoid his bombs it would be tough for Tito to hang with him.
