Is there any news on who the ref is? And who will be the judges? Clarence probably needs a knock-out.

Security will need to keep the followers of Dunny Bill well away from the judges, as in the Geale/Mundine bout, one of the judges seemed a tad intimidated by the proximity of one of Mundine's goons and scored accordingly.

On paper Clarence should have too much ring craft for Dunny, but a stew is on the cards to milk more punter's money from future SBW events. One day, the "Peter Principle" will find SBW out - the sooner the better, to restore a bit of credibility to boxing.

Sad isn't it. I really want to go to this and incredibly you can get tickets for $35, $5 cheaper than the ppv. But it involves finishing work a few hours early on weds getting into the city and then catching a bus to Hamilton spending the night in a hotel there (so missing a days work the following day) and then catching a bus back to Auckland all this and the judges will probably screw Tillman.

At best it would be equivalent of one of the lesser Fox cards but better than those terrible Channel 10 cards sometime ago.

Sonny Bill Williams was baptised "Sonny William Williams ", it is not a nickname like "Sonny Jim", it is his real name.

There were a few WWE antics at the weigh-in with Dunny Bill spotting Clarence 21kgs on the scales.

Here is a news report and short video of the push and shove:

I think Sonny Bill went for the typical Football player shirt grab, Clarence went for the fighters " when in doubt throw a punch".
It looked like Sonny's legs buckled.

"OK, Clarence."

That whole weigh-in thing could cost me money. A Tilmann stoppage is only paying $3.50 now. I covered the bet with a SBW points win as well. I Don't trust those judges.
