Get big then get cut, or add lean muscle?
Which is the more effective way of getting more muscle mass in for example a 5-6month period? I've read a few things but there are obviously people on here that know a lot more than me.

Before building a sculupture youve got to have a boulder big enough worth sculpting. Id say add mass first then cut up do it in cylces of say like 12 week bulkiing then cut up for however long it takes, I train hard and get my diet bang on for 12 week increasing calorie intake quite dramatically for 10-12 week then cut up for 2-4 week by dropping down on carbs while keeping my protein intake high,
