Basilio vs Trinidad...
Twelve rounds at 147. You wont find many better bouts!
I really cant decide. Maybe Basilio...maybe.

I think Tito gives him a hell of an argument, win or lose.

he might confuse him with Spanish while Carmen chews on his tits.
Re: Basilio vs Trinidad...
Good scrap. Basilio wins. Onions and fighting seem to go well together. (Which does make one wonder about the French)

Basilio wins
Re: Basilio vs Trinidad...
Carmen would be too relentless for Tito. Carmen to win TKO 9th round.
Re: Basilio vs Trinidad...
Basillio by KO.
Re: Basilio vs Trinidad...
I agree Basilio would just be in Tito's chest all night long never giving him a chance to breathe and outworking him every step of the way. Tito would get a few rounds in there by rocking Carmen on occasion with his hook or possibly dropping him at least once, but Carmen would get up and get right back in Tito's chest and completely sap the will out of Tito by the end of the night. Carmen by decision in a terrific fight.

I cannot see Tito beating this all time great. The great Carmen Basilio on points by late stoppage.
Re: Basilio vs Trinidad...
Awesome match up, Basilio via late round tko, could go either way tbh.

I don't see this fight ending in a stoppage either way. Basilio was relentless and hit harder than his record indicates, but I don't think he could do much more than drop Felix with a right hand somewhere along the way.

With a modern ref, Tito would have a better chance to win than many here are giving him credit for.
He would lay some serious leather on Mr. Onion in the early going, and bust up that face. Basilio is still my bet, but Trinidad is plenty live.
