Hinds vs Wilson

Post by sly2kusa »

Wanted to see if you have received the results for a bout that took place on 7/30/05 in Lincoln,NE. I saw that the fight was posted before the bout took place, but the result was not posted to either fighters record.

It was Jeff Hinds vs Sean Ryan Wilson and the fight was at The Abbott Sports Center in Lincoln, NE back on 7/30/05.

Thank you

This was a very controversial decision. That added with the fact that Team Hinds was not allowed to see Wilson weigh in has me wondering if there isn't some kind of legal review going on.

Can any of the Editors please let me know what the results from the bout have not been posted???

Thanks

I don't mean to keep pestering this point, but it's nearly a month now, and no one has answered this question. If you guys just don't have official results (or if perhaps something else is up) could you please let me know at least that much?

Thanks again...

Thank you for the response. My question is though could this be due to the State Athletic Commission of the fight (in this case Nebraska) holding things up? What is the process? I have written to them as well asking why there is a hold up in getting the results from the bout posted, but thus far no responses from anyone.

The reason I am concerned here is that Hinds lost a very close decision to a guy who was supposed to be fighting him at 154lbs. I was not at this fight, but it was reported to me that Wilson looked to be anywhere close to 175+. Team Hinds was not allowed to watch Wilson weigh in either. So my concern here is whether there is some kind of formal review of what went down being looked at or what. Usually you guys have your results posted within 24/48 hours and I don't understand what the hold up is.
