Boxing in UK from a Nation with no Boxing Authority

Anyone know about this .

Ive made no secret of my intention to promote professionally in the near future

Ive got a kid who boxed pro in Libya , although Officially the sport has been banned in Libya for 30 years , Hence his record would admittedly be a bit sketchy although he tells me his record is 17(4)-3-0 , hes not listed on boxrec , and isnt a british citizen (been here for a year)

Hes a pretty talented lad and im going to have him fight on Unlicensed circuit for rest of the year to get his sharpness back etc .

With this particular lad would i be applying for a BBBoC License ?? if not how do i go about getting him fights pro here as hes not got a Known proven record and no proof of a license although in sparring etc ive no reason to doubt what hes telling me

I know theres a form with the board for using overseas fighters , surely not quite as simple as filling that in as id imagine that gets forwarded to his own National authority but Libya has only just re-instated the amateur body post gadaffi , no plans as of yet for the pro body as theyve had no amateur system for years so dont expect to be turning pros over yet .

He genuinely is a descent lad that i want to hold onto for myself rather than put him in touch with other promotors , i know that will be difficult though as i know at least one other promotor is aware of him .
