How about Pernell vs Trinidad? I think most though the Murderous punching Trinidad would make short work in this fight? I was suprised how well Pernell yperformed

Too lopsided for me. Sweet Pea survived the distance at a stage in his career very few natural LWs (or even decent-sized WWs) would have against a peak Tito, but beyond that, Trinidad won nearly every round.

I think Whitaker against De La Hoya, though not as washed-up as he was against Trinidad, was a better example.
