I noticed that only the WBC's regional title was listed in the preview entry at Cotto's page, but there was also a second title sanctioned by the "new" World Boxing Board in play. I haven't seen this belt before, but seeing that it is different than the "world" belt won by Miguel Cotto last year, prominently featuring South America and the Caribbean, I figure that it is some sort of "Latino" title.

It's the WBB's "Americas" title, but we don't have that one on our list...
