Jamie McDonnell promo
Re: Jamie McDonnell promo
Bouziane pulled out injured apparently its Pozo, late notice not much they could do I suppose but not a great opponent.
Jamie is too strong for this guy and should stop him although I guess its a stay busy fight whilst trying to get in the title mix at world level.
Good luck to him

Re: Jamie McDonnell promo
Why post that this morning if they knew the opponent had changed? Nothing on the website or any press release and I got 2 Ringside seats today FFS.

Re: Jamie McDonnell promo
We only found out yesterday theres no1 more dissapointed than us Jamie as been looking great in this camp
he was really up for the Bouziane fight as it was a good fight for Jamie.
Its always hard to get motivated when these kind of things happen in boxing... but theres nothing anyone can do
when a fighter pulls out injured with only 10 days to go. Jamies on the verge of big things its a matter of staying
focused and putting in a performance. Pozo is a former 2 time Flyweight champ and World title challanger he was
ment to be in some kind of WBC fight in 3 weeks time so will be fit and ready to box im sure he will be coming to win
as its a fight that could also open doors for him.
we certainly wont be taking anything for granted Jamie will be in the ring 100% focused. Hes gutted but jamie is
a hard working fighting lad and can only fight whoever is in front of him.

Re: Jamie McDonnell promo
when mcdonnell takes pozo out he should aim for fight with someone like tunacao or agbeko its a tough devision but there people there for the taking like arce who iv been a massive fan for years of and vic darchinyan whos fighting for the wbc belt both not getting any younger.
Re: Jamie McDonnell promo
I personally think Agbeko is all wrong for him but agree with the step up in class after this fight, although I think the EBU mandated that the winner of McD/MB fight Jamoye? Jamoye was kicking off on facebook yesterday by all accounts.

Re: Jamie McDonnell promo
This is on Saturday, isn't it?
I have to say, FM promotions are bordering on useless. I've paid for 2 tickets and been charged nearly £15 for postage and haven't received my tickets as yet. I suspect I'll have to pick them up from the venue (again) like that last 2 times...but then I don't know as no-one's bothered to contact me (again). Shall I ask for my postage charged back or will they knock it off the next lot of tickets I buy?

Re: Jamie McDonnell promo
Yeah, wasn't a pop at you, was just venting my frustration with the promoter. I remember doing this last time and had a load of emails and phone calls went unanswered and it was only by chance checking on here on the day that I found out where my tickets were.
I'll do that next time! I live in Scawsby.
