allegedly is lucky nobody is talking about yet another balls up by his channel which resulted in anyone with SKY getting to watch the fight without subscribing. He better hope Chisora doesn't get a life ban or that is a potentially large revenue source (after the weekend) gone.
Haye and Chisora are not the only ones to blame.
How was David Haye allowed to enter the press conference? Oh, and how was Derek Chisora allowed, to get off the podium, walk 20 meters and square up to Haye? I guess no one expected anything to happen, I mean Haye has never said anything provocative, and Chisora has only ever conducted himself in the most professional manner.
Haye was able to enter the conference to do exactly what he did, call out Klitschko and create a buzz for a possible future showdown, and while allegedly says he "was shocked David Haye turned up at the press conference," he still appeared very keen to use Hayes presence to line up a money spinning showdown between the two Brits. I also didn’t see Warren make any attempt to prevent the two squaring up.
I have a lot of time for Warren he is the finest boxing promoter this country has, but it disappoints me that he doesn’t question his own culpability in this instance. Of course Warren didn’t want to see the scenes that ensued, but he should have foreseen the possibility.
I am not in any way justifying the actions of Haye, Chisora and their respective entourages, but confrontations are almost encouraged.

Crazy stuff over the weekend.
Random thoughts
On the plus side it was massive publicity for boxing, my lady has no interest in boxing whatsoever, but when she saw Chisora slap Vitali she suddenly couldn’t miss the fight (she wanted Del Boy to get a beating), throughout the fight she was struggling to watch it, especially when Vitali started to tire, Chisora had made himself into the perfect villian. Then the next day when I told her about the post fight brawl and she immediately started trawling the internet for a good hour searching for info + she told everyone she knew about it.
With more experience Chisora (a comparative novice) could have beaten Vitali.
I think the brawl was an accurate reflection of English culture, the days of the English gentleman are long gone, Brits are generally arrogant, wild & hedonistic. I’ve seen / been involved in about 70 brawls of that nature, the only difference was alcohol was involved. The conduct of Vitali, Vlad and their teams (basically everyone who wasn’t English) was exemplarily; I must be getting old as I actually envy there more respectful culture.
By the looks of things David was doing all the damage and was unscathed at the end of the brawl, which makes me think team Chisora may have caught up to him later if the reports that he was in hospital with head injuries are true.

In a perfect world halfway through the brawl Audley would have swung over everyone’s heads on a trapeze. Tyson Fury would have popped up out of nowhere and ripped his shirt off and joined the melee.
And Herbie Hide would run in from an adjoining room wearing a couple of knuckle dusters and start randomly punching people within range.

Can someone point out all the members of Chisora's entourage who managed to get close to Haye and attempted to strike him? I can spot only Don Charles, but according to some posters Haye fought of several attackers.

This video offers a different camera perspective. Haye really does sock it to Chisora though and clearly stuns him.
There was another guy in a white shirt who was clearly walking with Chisora and joins in, grappling Haye, along with Charles and Chisora. It was 3 vs 1, though the other guy in white shirt, after Haye was able to get up, clearly thought better of it and didn't try to approach Haye. Charles on the other did and ate several jabs which bloodied his mouth.

I think the guy in white, along with Adam Booth and others, tried to seperate the fighters. Don Charles is the only member of Chisora's entourage who got close to Haye and attempted to strike him, and landing a few punches on Charles is nothing special.
