It makes for a good brake in training to have an easy fight a couple of days off and then get back into the gym for a bigger fight. I'm actually surprised more fighters don't do that when preparing for big fights as tere seem to be quite a few who don't like the monotony of being away at camp. Like Froch when he fought a journeyman the month before he fought Alan Page.

I dont have a problem with this fight. Its a nice little warm up fight for Enzo. I know Enzo wants to fight at SM but with McPhilbin being the CW champ, on paper it looks like a gift for Enzo. As long as Enzo doesnt get caught with a big one he can beat McPhilbin easy on points or maybe knock him out. Both fights look ideal for Enzo to get back but to be honest his best days are over now and I cant see him going too far at either weight.

Dear God it gets worse,Healy's career highest weight indicates he's not even been training, soon as the Board inspector saw his weight the fight should have been called off, he had little chance anyway but a stone and a half over his best weight does not bode well.

Prediction: Enzo body punch KO within 90 secs.
