Didn't Warren also get Junior Witter his title shot against Zab Judah at the time too?

Well, sort of, Judah came in at like 10 days notice as a late sub for I forget who now. It wasn't exactly delivering a big fight, it was more being offered a shit or bust opportunity.

I wonder what would have happened had hatton been the replacement instead of Witter

What stage of his career was Hatton at then?

Don't think he would have been ready for Judah at that stage, Judah was a pretty early bloomer.

Correct - Money that is the question.

Hatton has made millions, yes millions to date. He has said that himself. Can the same be said of all the others on the 'McNeilly' list?. It's easy to promote some of those fights for what they must have cost. would Hatton fight for these big titles for that money - No. McNeilly hasn't a clue what he is talking about. Stats mean shit. Ricky has never refused any of these fights that Warren has been slagged off for staging, so is he not part of this so-called hypocrisy? Ray and Ricky are canny operators are they? Who built him up from day dot? Warren did. they didn't take the cost of building him up did they. Oh no too much risk then? The hard works been done and he got what he wanted at the right time, for the right money and at home - now suddenly Warren is the bad guy and they are genius's. Am I missing something here? What happened to loyalty in all this.

Warren should fornicate him off and watch him fornicate up his career from a far - remember Hamed and he could actually fight.

I don't think anyone is suggesting that Warren is 'the bad guy' well certainly not anyone with any sense.

Of course Ricky has happily accepted the fights offered for a pretty penny, that's precisely why they are canny operators. I know of more than one fight which I've been informed by relatively reliable sources that never happened because of Hatton's demands, not Warren's, so I don't think I'm under any illusions about Ricky being a saint or Warren the devil.

However. Right now, according to Ray Hatton at least, or the BBC's version of events in any case, Ricky is a free agent, and so he is negotiating for what he thinks is best for the rest of his career.

I don't think it fair to compare Hatton and Hamed. Hamed was always a primadonna who thought he knew best, and his demise was parting from Ingle, not from Sports Network, he thought he was so fornicating good he didn't even have to train properly or listen to advice, even when getting knocked on his arse by Kevin Kelly and Augie Sanchez.

I'm not his accountant, but I am sure that Frank has made plenty of money with Ricky, he's not running a charity, and of course the promoter took the risk with his money, that's what promoters do, and that's why they make money, they risk their money for a return, not as a favour or out of love, that's business mate.

I hardly think Ricky or Ray were in a position to promote themselves, we've seen how successful that is with the likes of Audley, who made a bollocks of it.

Boxing's a hard business for sure, and who can blame a fighter for wanting to maximise his opportunities? Ricky is taking the punches in there and taking the ultimate risks, and I don't think he can be slagged for considering his options.

So Hamed could actually fight and Hatton cant? Dont make me laugh.

You're obviously so far up FW's arse its untrue as one look at your post history gives the game away.
