Re: Is funtime fighting fit??????
Thought he looked really well. Refreshed, hungry, strong, aggressive in the fight, but most importantly - really buzzing to be back. McIntyre was struggling with Frankies whipping body shots and in the end, that told. I honestly don't think any more could have been asked of Gavin in this comeback fight.Londonirish wrote:Good to see him back in the ring... Didn't get to see it last night how did Frankie look?
Really pleased with Frankies performance, out again in 5 weeks.

Well done Frankie - looked sharp, McIntyre is a decent, under-rated performer. Still think you should be aiming for light welter though. Like Gomez said, there's some big lads at Welter.

Always rated Kev as a quality operator - he has had a very good career and has a lot to be proud of.

Back to the frankie we all know! Amazing how a few months back has got him back to his usual brilliance! Tom is great fella and Frankie respects him so much! No one deserves a bit of luck more than Frankie! I can't wait to see him back in the ring again!

Mentioning those guys is pointless regardless of size, Gavin just doesn't have the tools to deal with world class. He'll be lucky to even get past Euro level.G0mez wrote:I cant help but think of the monsters like Paul Williams, Margarito etc at 147 and think that Frankie aint big enough for the division.
I really wished he stuck at 140.
