Best Multi Vitamin/ Best Supplements?
I know Animal Pak and Orange Triad are popular vitamin supplements with the meatheads I know but I'm curious what other people take. Daily I take a regular one per day vitamin, fish oil, glutamine, and protein whey but only after workouts.

I use solgar multivits. Was told to use Animal Pak and went through tub once as instructed - but didn't see any benefit over a normal multivit, certainly none that was worth taking 11 dog-biscuit sized tablets first thing in the morning.
At the moment, I use:
Solgar multivit twice a day - first thing, and just before bed.
Glucosamine
Flaxseed Oil and Fish Oil 3,6,9 etc
ZMA before bed.
Sci-mex ultragen whey (very little carbs per serving) in the morning and last thing at night
Peri-Matrix Recovery immediately after training (within 5 mins). This is probably the best supplement I have ever taken - vastly superior recovery to any other recovery product i've tried.
Creatine.

Have taken to caffeine before heavy lifts as well. Seems to help, could be mental though.

Re: Best Multi Vitamin/ Best Supplements?
I usually have a big cup of strong coffee or green tea, followed up by a large glass/glasses of cold water before workouts. (Unless its a cardio sesh and a lot of liquid is not what you want) That will get ya going!Deadendgeneration wrote:Have taken to caffeine before heavy lifts as well. Coffee helps, the caffeine and heat gets you warmed up quick, pretty much like pre workout supplements, without the Nitric Oxide.
