JOE ELFIDE V JOE HUGHES

great win for joe after been out for over 2 years, and taking a fight at a weeks notice and getting caught and going down in the 1st and the thing is elfide is a light weight

Aye, that was a great fight to watch. He looked strong and was coming on at the end too, seemed to want it more. Next opponent has a helluva inflated record but might still be a good test, shame it's not over 8 or 10 as he seemed to have the lungs for it.

Hughes won that fight and although Elfidh fought well he didn't deserve the verdict

Thought Hughes just sneaked it myself. Would make a great rematch.

I thought joe elfide out worked joe hughes and to say he as not boxed for 2 year took the fight with a weeks notice and fought at a weight above he did well and got it in my eyes

Not discrediting Elfidh he fought well and even better considering the absence, but the first three rounds were clearly Hughes' and adding the knockdown into that even if you gave Elfidh the last three he is still a point behind
