i noticed last night in the post fight interview wlad and vitali said chisora was in the wrong and you cant blame haye for hitting him.

I think that is because the Klitschko's want Vitali to fight Haye next and know he will need support with his license.

The problem for Haye is that whilst Chisora came over all aggressively, it was David who threw the first punch !!

Would Haye even need a UK licence to fight in Germany?

Perhaps not, but it will also involve the sanctioning bodies. Having said that, they aren't stupid and know that a fight between Haye and Vitali puts money in their coffers.
