It has to be the Foreman fight, IMO. A win past your prime against a peak, unbeaten version of the #3 all-time HW (IMO), is simply immense. Yes, a rematch should have happened, but they were both legitimately to blame for it not happening.
Even though I rate Louis the #1 HW ever, he could not have bested Foreman in, say, 1946.
