Dave Charnley fights at the Dartford F.C. Ground in 1956

I am currently undertaken research for Volume 2 of the History of Dartford Football Club and one item of interest took place on Dartford Football Ground in 1956.

Dave Charnley, known as the Dartford Destroyer, was on the bill of an evening of boxing promotion that took place on Dartford's Watling Street Football Ground on Tuesday 24th July 1956.

Top of the bill was the Lightweight fight between Dave Charnley and Johnny Miller and I am hoping that someone may have a copy of the boxing programme printed for that evening, and that they may be willing to let us copy it for a section within our book. Does anyone know of the whereabouts of any photographs taken on that day at Dartford?

I would also like to hear from anyone who was at that fight in 1956. Howz about sharing your memories!
