Good to know. I like to add a scoop of whey to my porridge in the morning. Mostly for chocolaty flavour.

Yeah, After a fornicating virus!! You'll be weak as a kitten when I roll with you.

I already have a comp gi, plus I need to get to 73.5 to avoid the 2lbs u put on after you wake up.

My weighin is 9. Then my fights Are after. Spectators are £5. I'm sure you can afford that.

I made 73.7 at the weekend, got excited and ate a shot load of choc. Now back to 74. :(
