I was just watching his first loss, that was a bad one
He looked like he was naively dragged into brawl, in hindsight obviously, he had all the tools to keep Lockridge off him at range but I guess the ego got in the way

...roger wasn't a bad fighter and he had a really vicious left jab....i always felt he could have done more if he had applied himself.
