Porridge, 1/2 scoop of whey protein, 1 spoon of powdered mango drink. Bit strange but it tastes quite good.

entree - stuffed mushroom (prawns, capsicum, carrot, garlic, sour cream, cheese)
main - roast lamb (cooked in a weber/kettle bbq) and salad.

Had boiled brown rice noodles with fried (low call spray) chicken breast, carrot, spinach, red pepper, red onion and sweet potato. With a sauce made from lemon juice, coriander and garlic.

oh it was, we even smoked the roast with those hickory smoking chips, made it even better.
buy a weber mate, best thing you'll ever buy for cooking

I get plenty. The topic of this thread is "for dinner." I eat plenty of healthy fats throughout the day and a pretty steady amount of good carbs. I'm cutting weight so after 3-4 in the afternoon I eat no fat, VERY limited carbs, no sugar etc.... Leafy greens, tuna, egg whites, protein shakes etc. I thank you for your concern though. :TU:

Right on brotha! I just had half a carton of liquid egg whites and some grilled chicken. Big old glass of Metamucil for desert to make sure of a great dump to start off the day. :P :box:
