On June 22, 1942 Constantin Cionoiu defeated Mielu Doculescu by DQ for the Supermiddleweight championship of Romania.

In June 1929, Paul Prehn, President of the NBA, proposed a series of new weight classes, including the Junior Light Heavy division at 168 lbs. I beleive NBA or some of the states (Illinois?) recognized the divisions for a short while anyway.
