this one probably has been argued before, but there is a note in the records for haugen and camacho under their first fight that camacho had a point taken away for refusing to touch gloves.

go to 4 minutes in. you can see the ref tell them to touch gloves and waiting.
not until camacho tries to hit haugen as they are waiting to touch gloves
does the point get taken away. not technically "hitting on a break" because
it is the beginning of the round and not a break, but the ref is clearly giving
them instructions and both the ref and haugen are waiting for camacho to
follow them and camacho tries to reach across the ref and hit haugen. he just
lost his temper and got a point taken away. not saying it's right or wrong or
that it changed boxing history (resulted in haugen winning WBO 140lb title) but
that is the real reason why the point was taken away.
