Bradley Pryce will challenge for Mike Jennings' British welterweight title at the Preston Guild Hall on 25 October.
"This is an all or nothing fight for me," said the Newbridge 24-year-old.
"Everything is on the line so I'm fired up to go straight for Jennings and will hunt him down right from the first bell. I won't stop until I've KO'd him.
"Jennings looks great when he's tapping away with the jab and when he's given room to box, but he won't get that from me, it will be constant pressure."
Pryce lost a thrilling challenge for the same belt against Neil Sinclair in 2003, and more recently has ended the unbeaten records of rising Russians Sergei Stepkin and Ivan Kirpa.
"I'm at my most dangerous when the pressure is on me to perform - and the heat is on me for this fight - but I know I can knock Jennings out," added Pryce.
Despite Pryce's fighting talk, Jennings says he is confident of making the first defence of a title he claimed spectacularly with a one-round stoppage of Jimmy Vincent in July
"I've no doubts that Pryce will try to hunt me down, but I will tear him apart if he does," said Jennings, 27.
"Pryce is a tough fighter who wants to turn every fight into a war every time he boxes, so I'm not expecting anything else from him.
"I don't think he could walk past a mirror without having fight.
"Whatever he wants to do on the night I will be prepared for, and if it's a war he's after then he's playing into my hands.
"My confidence is sky-high following my win over Vincent and I'm raring to go for Pryce right now - my trainer Bryan Hughes is having to hold me back.
"I can't wait until 25 October to finish Pryce once and for all.
Pryce vs Jennings.. back on.

Not on your nelly my friend. Bradley will do him.
Bradley has had some hard scraps with some real tough opponents. I like Jennings, he trains with my mate up at the Hughes gym, but I always feel like he has yet to develop. The Vincent scrap suprised me I must admit, but Bradley will not go as easy. When Bradley can keep his composure he looks good, and can outbox Jennings.
Worst case, Bradley loses his composure, whats Jennings going to do? He cannot punch as hard as Sinclair or Bami. Pryce all the way for my money
Waaaales!! Waaaales!!
