For all I know dogs are mating with cats and Rockin' Robin can still outbop the buzzard and the oriol. :KO:

Boxing will be a better place without Nasser, the quicker he's out, the better, he has done nothing good for Mundine's career

Fenech at least has the overseas contacts, he could make things happen for Choc, without all the secrecy and mystery, he would make him keep his feet on the ground without all the spin and garbage that Nasser spews out right now
Every single fight of Mundine's has been on Mainevent. Thats gotta be "good" ? Right?

Yeah, I agree, but good for who? Good for only Main Event and Nasser/Mundine, not good for the everyday boxing fan, who shells out his hard earned to watch what? especially in recent times, just my opinion, Choc can still do good things-------------- If he wanted to???

Yes Frilla, I agree, he gave everyone the opportunity to see a good athlete from the very start, when he was raw, when he was looking to take on and beat the world.

I must say that he got experienced and ready for the big time pretty quickly, but then as he improved and really looked the goods, probably until the Green fight, then he simply went negative and just tried to protect his position, and in doing so, fought no-one of any real note, and in the process, losing most of his core base of fans.

Sad but true, then again, he's probably got a bank balance you and I will never even see or match, so who's laughing loudest.

If he was to retire, he can be proud of what he's achieved, especially in the early part of his career, certainly not the latter part.

Khoder is working behind the scenes to get Dunny to the NRL's Roosters but as Dunny's manager, a NRL club can only negiotate with NRL registered accreditted player managers. As yet the great Khoder has no such accreditation and missed the recent six monthly deadline.

By missing this NRL deadline, adds fuel to the fire that not all is well within the Mundine/Williams/Nassar triumvirate.

No one here is claiming to be better then the man himself, they are just saying he could have been better and done more.
I personally think his manager has more to blame then the man himself!

One of the most naturally gifted athletes of all time, and he wasted the best part of it fighting bums. I want to see him on the world stage, and I want to see him succeed and prove us all wrong, but I just don't think it will happen. Hope he does prove me wrong.

If he will not take part in a title fight where he is the mandatory challenger you would have to question his self confidence.

Even the mice of Australia have dis-owned him. Seems he has either pulled a heart muscle or is about to hang up the gloves!

I am actually a little worried about who his oppenant may be, there have been some suggestions it could be a rematch with Green... The circus continues!
:witzend:

He says he doesnt want to fight Trout because Trout (the champion) wouldn't accept a 60:40 purse split; the 60 going to Mundine. I don't know about you, but I really wish contracts were written in a way that the winner gets 60% and the loser takes 40%, and a 50:50 split in the case of a draw. I think the sanctioning bodies should be the ones that determin purse split, not promoters.

I doubt he will fight Green again. Some people get one thing stuck in their minds but there is now about 20kgs difference in weight between the two.

Danny Green is holding a press conference as I type this....
The fight will be confirmed or put back in the shade (where it belongs) within the hour.

Was just a bit of a media beat up. Green said if Mundine is serious about a rematch, that he would sign to fight. Yawn.

I can't see Green starving himself down to a weight to suit Mundine nor Mundine bulking up to cruiserweight.
