Came across this from November 2011 , its about Lightwelter Patrick Liam Walsh and his struggles with his family as a child, and what boxing means to him and his family.

Yeah, proves boxing has its place in the world to help people . It gets a bad press alot of the time .

Thanks. He's back in the gym already for his come back-of course im biased but how can all the journalists there have him up by at least 1 round each?! Ref Phil Edwards was watching a different fight to what we were all watching that night!! Don McRae seems to have really got a good bond with Liam and he is a genuinely nice guy who seems to want to help Liam so fingers crossed will help him on his way a little. He is hoping for lightweight prizefighter later in the year
