Hi im a super middleweight boxer,though boxrec have me as a welter weight,i have had 2 fights 2 wins,1 by ko,was just wondering how the ratings work as i dont see myself on them at any weight???thanks

Regarding Lucian Bute's rating. It's not clear to me why it was oscillating some weeks ago, as he did not box.

Now his rating is not updated neither in the list of the p4p boxers nor in his SM division. The rating which is shown is the rating which he had before his fight with Johnson. According to his rating (909) he should be placed above Bradley.

So please check if there isn't something wrong with his listed ratings.

On 2012-04-15 Bute's best opponent within the last 18 months Glen Johnson had a lower pre-bout rating than 50% of Bute's own current rating (Johnson 411 points, Bute 909 points). So Bute's rating was reduced to 866 points due to Boxrec's missing opponent quality, rule 24 Boxrec rating description.
